HEVAC was formed in 1999 with the Directors having over 50 years of experience in the Heating and Ventilation Industry. From the very beginning they decided the range of products must be of the highest quality and not cost the earth. They have achieved this by sourcing products worldwide with the view that if they would use energy efficient products in their own buildings, then perhaps others would reach the same conclusion.

They have endeavoured to cover energy efficient equipment from Bio Mass boilers, Solar Panels, Condensing Boilers, Micro Combined Heat and Power Engines to Low Watt Low Voltage Fans. In November 2004 HEVAC moved to a 30,000 sq ft warehouse in East Kilbride. This new state of the art warehouse has excellent stocking and loading facilities combined with a substantial investment in computer systems allowing them to deal easily with their clients requirements.

In their own building they have installed a Micro Combined Heat and Power Engine, modular weather compensated low nox boilers, variable temperature radiator circuits with a constant temperature circuit to a dual coil domestic hot water cylinder backed up by a solar panel array.
